Meet The Team

Danielle, Office Manager

Danielle is an office manager who has been part of the practice since 2018. She was raised in Spokane, WA and graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with an associate’s degree in applied science. From there, she completed the dental assisting program at Spokane Community College. Additional studies that Danielle has completed include a range of dental office management and surgical courses—such as “Getting Unstuck” by Laura Nelson, “Creating a Positive Patient Experience”, and “Organizing Front Office Workflows”. Her surgical credentials include the completion of DAANCE (dental anesthesia assistance national certification examination), IV training, and certification in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and ACLS (advanced cardiac life support). Danielle is affiliated with the American Dental Association of Dental Office Managers—a nationally recognized organization that provides resources to devoted dental office professionals.

Upon joining our office, Danielle has been thrilled by the opportunity to be a part of a team of professionals who are passionate about providing the best possible dental care for their patients. In particular, she loves going above and beyond to make a real difference in their lives. Danielle often finds herself smiling upon arriving at work every day, knowing that she is a part of a team that genuinely cares about the people they serve. She feels challenged, supported, and encouraged by her colleagues every day.

When Danielle isn’t managing the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Mat, and their two boys—Nickolas and Knox. Together, they enjoy trips to the mountain, playing board games, or just cuddling together on the couch. The family also has two golden retrievers that keep them company. Other hobbies of hers include hiking, gardening, and hopping on her peloton bike. She also just recently got into skiing and enjoys going out on the slopes when conditions are favorable.

Lacy, Office Manager

The beautiful city of Spokane, WA, is where Lacy James was born and raised. She graduated from Spokane Community College in 2010 with an associate degree in applied science. She has also attended a number of education courses in dental front office management—including “Getting Unstuck” by Laura Nelson. She has also undertaken courses in “Creating a Positive Patient Experience” and “Optimizing Front Office Workflows”. Each study she has completed has provided her with exceptional skills and knowledge that allow her to better serve patients and manage the office efficiently. Lacy is proudly affiliated with the American Association of Dental Office Managers—an organization dedicated to providing dental office managers with resources, education, and support to ensure their success.

Lacy joined our practice in 2019 and has thrived in an environment filled with opportunities to positively impact the lives of others. She loves her role as an office manager, as it comes with the rewarding experience of watching patients’ lives change and their smiles transform. Whether she is finding solutions to their problems, making them feel more comfortable in the office, or encouraging their confidence development, every patient she meets leaves with a smile.

Outside of the office, Lacy enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, gardening, and spending time with her kids—Benton and Korban. She has been married to her husband, Aaron since 2011 and feels that her family is complete with their two boys and many furry friends. The family pets include their dog, two cats, and a flock of chickens.

Danie, Lead Surgical Assistant

Danie Hall grew up in Yakima, WA but then relocated to a rural city south of Spokane. She attended college in both Spokane and Tacoma, WA where she gained experience in anesthesia, dental surgery, and dental care. She has spent nearly 18 years in her career field working in private practices.

Being a military wife of 15 years, her husband’s career has given her experience living and working in Seattle, Spokane, and Pullman, WA as well as Indianapolis, IN. She holds a registered dental assistant license, is a licensed surgical technologist, and advanced to pursue a certified dental anesthesia license in 2013. Danie believes whole heartily in quality patient care and strives to provide that to every single one of her patients. Upon joining our practice in 2021, she has enjoyed the positive patient experience our office provides and the passion that each team member has for their job. Danie and the team love making patients feel more confident in caring for their smiles while understanding the impact oral health has on the body.

Danie keeps herself busy with children at home—Christopher, Colt, and Rogue—and their two family dogs named Kaari and Kahn. She enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family on their annual vacation to the Oregon coast.

Tia

Tia, Patient Coordinator

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Tia moved with her family to Spokane, WA when she was just seven years old. Since then, she fell in love with the pacific northwest and proudly calls it home! In 2012, she graduated high school at John. R. Rogers and went on to study communications at Spokane Falls Community College; at the time, she was planning to be a news anchor. She had a true change of heart upon discovering her passion at Carrington College; it was there that she earned her dental assistant certification in 2014.

Joining our office in 2022, Tia has been an integral part of the team. As a patient coordinator, her job is to help make sure that everyone who comes through our doors has the best possible experience. Tia enjoys greeting patients with a warm smile, being able to put them at ease, and ensuring that their visit is comfortable and efficient. With a background as a dental assistant, she understands how all team members work together from both a clinical and administrative perspective to provide patients with the best care. She enjoys working in dentistry due to the ever-evolving field and the opportunity to work with a great team who takes their job seriously. Everyone is a true expert in their field, which makes the patients feel comfortable and processes flow smoothly throughout the office.

When she’s not at work, Tia can be found spending quality time with her husband, Leo. Together, they enjoy going to concerts, camping, going on road trips, and attending sporting events. They have a true passion for traveling and have found that one of their favorite destinations is Las Vegas! While the couple has no human children, they have three spoiled pets that keep them entertained and laughing. This includes their cat, T’challa, and two puppies named Drakeo and Cardi.

Autumn, Dental Hygienist

Autumn Froelich was born and raised in Spokane, WA, and graduated from Ferris High School in 1992. After earning an associate’s degree from Spokane Community College, she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University. Throughout the years, she has continued to enroll in and complete continuing education courses to keep her skills current with the ever-evolving developments and progression of the dental field. Autumn is a member of the American Pool Players Association.

Autumn began her journey at our practice in 2001 working part-time and transitioned to full-time work in 2007. She finds the field to be rewarding as she gets to see patients grow more confident in the health and appearance of their smiles. Beyond her hygienist role, she loves connecting with patients and finding out what they do, what their families are like, and what interests they have. By building these connections with her patients, she believes that they will be more comfortable and look forward to their next visit.

Autumn loves working at our practice due to the fun, energetic, and upbeat people she gets to work with every day. Together, they are delighted by the work they do and enjoy seeing the impact they have made by treating patients and solving problems as a unified team.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband, Walter, and their children—Chase, Kohl, and Kylie. The five of them enjoy boating at the lake during the summer. Additionally, Autumn likes to play pool weekly, play volleyball, and bring her kids to all of their sporting events. The family also has six pets—two St. Bernard dogs, two smaller dogs, and two cats.

Kendra

Kendra, Dental Hygienist

Kendra is a Spokane native and graduated from Shadle Park High School in 2005. She went straight to college upon graduation and spent time pondering her ideal career path. In 2009, she began her journey in the dental field by attending the dental hygiene program at Eastern Washington University. She graduated in 2012 while majoring in dental hygiene with a minor in health sciences. Her devotion to education is evident in the continuing education courses she has completed and continues to pursue; over a three-year period, she was a part of a study club and committed to a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education in order to stay current with the field’s latest innovations.

Kendra joined our practice in March 2021, bringing with her an abundance of skill and a passion for working with patients. Her fascination with the human body drove her to enter the field where she has had the opportunity to help many people find the confidence they need to smile. She loves having conversations with patients about their lives and hearing their stories. Her patients can depend on her for her calming presence, compassionate care, and gentle manner. Kendra loves her job at our practice because the work is challenging, and the collaboration is enjoyable. Overall, she delights in being a part of a team that supports each other in its unified mission of serving the patient community.

When she is not in the office, Kendra enjoys watching Arizona Cardinals football; she tries to make it to a game at least once every year! She also enjoys traveling, camping, and attending game nights with family and friends. Kendra is a proud mom to her golden retriever, Remi—the spoiled, sweet, friendly pup of the household!

Lisa, Surgical Assistant

Originally from Indiana, Lisa now lives in Washington and is a proud member of our practice. Her education includes completion of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons course and training as an Anesthesia Assistant. She has also completed radiation education and training. Lisa is a licensed dental assistant with the Washington State Department and is also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Lisa joined our practice in September 2021 and has enjoyed working with Dr. Aeschliman in oral surgery. She takes pride in being able to comfort patients, ease their fears, and assure them that they will be safe and comfortable under our care. Lisa enjoys working at our practice due to the genuine, welcoming team members who always keep positivity, friendliness, and professionalism at their core.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and going swimming. Her family includes her daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and grandson.
